Howard Choi joined Lake Capital in 2007. Howard focuses on deal sourcing and acquisition research. Prior to joining Lake, he spent three years as director of business development at Cook Associates, a middle-market merger and acquisition advisory firm specializing in private equity transactions. At Cook Associates, Howard worked with private equity clients to help them execute acquisition strategies for platforms and add-ons, including preliminary due diligence and industry analyses.

Howard earned a BS in economics from The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
