Gil Nayot joined Lake Capital in 2008 after spending three years with Bain & Company as a management consultant. At Bain, Gil worked on client engagements in the United States and in Singapore where he focused on merger integrations, portfolio and growth strategies, operational improvements and Private Equity strategic diligences. Gil completed his Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and Bachelor of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.  Gil is a founding member and officer of the Associate Board of the Infant Welfare Society in Chicago, a non-profit that provides quality, community-based health care to uninsured and underserved families.
