Eric joined Lake Capital in 2007. His primary responsibilities include evaluating potential investments, structuring transactions, leading due diligence, negotiating transaction and financing agreements, and managing portfolio company investments, including OMN and VFM.
Prior to joining Lake Capital, Eric was a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where he was involved in engagements addressing growth and go-to-market strategies, new product introductions and cost management among other issues. Eric also spent over four years with Accenture in both the U.S. and Europe, where he was involved in launching an internet bank, leading merger and acquisition integrations, and developing product commercialization strategies. In addition, between his first and second year of business school, Eric interned with Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsor groups.
Eric completed his MBA at the University of Chicago and earned his BBA in both Finance and Decision Sciences from Georgia State University.
