Doug Rescho is responsible for evaluating potential investments, structuring transactions, leading due diligence, negotiating transaction and financing agreements, and managing portfolio company investments. Doug has been actively involved with the investments in a number of Lake Capital's current and past portfolio companies, including NetStar-1, VFM Interactive, Hudson Energy Services, Driveline, Vestcom, Dutko Worldwide and NAL Worldwide.

Doug joined Lake Capital in 2006 after spending two years as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup Global Markets. Prior to joining Citigroup, Doug was an associate in the Corporate Value Consulting group at Standard & Poor’s.

Doug earned a BS with honors in finance and a minor in information technology studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
