Rowe has joined the company as president. Mr. Rowe was most recently president of North America at AGENCY.COM (Nasdaq:ACOM).

Nth Degree offers labor management, event management, trade show management, and marketing services worldwide to more than 3,000 domestic and multinational clients, and supports more than 14,000 proprietary events, trade shows, and event marketing programs annually. The company has twenty-three domestic offices, including all major convention cities, two offices in Germany, a presence in Brazil, and strategic partnerships in Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Asia.

Mr. Rowe has nearly twenty years of experience in industry-leading, professional services organizations. Most recently, Rowe was responsible for North American operations at AGENCY.COM, a leading global e-consultant. Rowe previously led Eagle River Interactive (formerly Nasdaq:ERIV), an interactive agency with seven offices worldwide and approximately 200 employees, which he joined in December 1996 as chief executive officer and president. Rowe assumed senior management responsibilities at AGENCY.COM when the company merged with Eagle River Interactive.

Prior to joining Eagle River, Rowe was vice president and general manager of the Midwest Region business unit of MCI Systemhouse Inc., a division of MCI Communications. Prior to joining MCI Systemhouse, Rowe was an associate partner at Andersen Consulting. Rowe has been a regular speaker at leading technology industry trade shows, including Internet Commerce Exposition (ICE), Internet World, and @d:tech.
