August 19, 2003

Morristown, NJ and LONDON, August 19, 2003 - DVC eXperiential Marketing (DVCX), a division of DVC Worldwide, today announced the opening of its London office. This endeavor reflects DVC's dedication to innovation and client commitment as the company continues to offer more expertise and capabilities to its clients throughout the world.

"DVCX is a leading edge company in experiential marketing in the United States and now we're bringing that expertise to the United Kingdom," said Sue Furlong, president and COO, DVC Worldwide North America. "Our international clients will have a tremendous advantage since we'll be providing this unique marketing capability that their competitors and target consumers have not yet experienced."

DVCX will draw on its success in the United States of transforming a brand's boardroom message into a meaningful communication that consumers can relate to. Unlike conventional event marketing firms, DVCX enhances marketing initiatives by uniquely placing brands into the lives of their target audiences creating a personal brand experience. Supported by DVCX's U.S. President John Palumbo, Claire Ferguson will serve as the UK Operations Director for DVCX.

"Currently, experiential marketing in the U.K. is in the early stages and consists mainly of basic demonstrations and sampling," said Ferguson. "DVCX is going to blow out those events and incorporate a mix of exclusivity, discovery and surprise. With guidance from our team in New York, we will impact the customers at the right time and in just the right way."

Previously the director of promotions at Launch! Brand Marketing in Toronto, Canada, Ferguson has over five years experience with experiential marketing. Two major programs that she executed and oversaw were Molson Canadian's Six Canadians on a Bus Tour and Rogers AT&T Wireless' launch of iD. She has also worked with such brands as Sprint Canada, Warner Brothers, Buena Vista/Disney, Kellogg's and General Mills. Prior to Launch!, Ferguson was the national promotions manager at Roar Media, also located in Toronto.

Working out of the DVC Sales office in Maidenhead, DVCX UK is already collaborating on projects with current DVC clients.
